4L60E Teardown and Inspection: Suspected 3-4 Failure - Major Plot Twist!

I tear down another 4L60E convinced it suffered from 3-4 clutch pack failure as the customer advised of a neutral condition starting around 25mph while on the freeway. He managed to limp it home then get it to me a couple weeks hence. The transmission was rebuilt about 4,000 miles ago and behaved as it should until that day. Anyways, this thing threw a major curve ball at me once I got inside the case.
