Today I prepared mashed potatoes, a creamy potato puree I showed in the Raclette Steak video. It pairs wonderfully with steak. I used cream for a soft taste, but you can substitute chicken broth or milk if you prefer a lighter flavor, and adding butter deepens the flavor.
