An ongoing study uses the latest scientific data to reconstruct dinosaur vocalizations, attempting to model the sounds, frequencies, and volumes each species might have produced based on skull and olfactory cavity proportions. The research covers a range of species, with timestamps such as 0:00 Intro, 0:24 Arizonasaurus, 1:04 Herrerasaurus, 1:50 Ctenosauriscus, 2:39 Plateosaurus, 3:31 Melanorosaurus, 4:30 Prestosuchus, and 5:11 Cymbospondylus Youngorum. The study requires extensive analysis for each species, and many phases are discarded due to low likelihood, but the final results aim to provide realistic representations of dinosaur sounds, including other reptiles, even though accurately reproducing them remains challenging. The goal is to surpass previous renditions by combining the booming call of the Eurasian bittern with the growling vocalizations of the Chinese crocodile, scaling them up to the size of T‑rex (about 12 meters or 40 feet long) to produce an ominous low rumble.
