Qui Veut Gagner Des Millions was released in 2003 as the first DVD Millionaire game in France, the first of four separate DVD Millionaire games received in France (the second in the UK, which has six). It is similar to the first edition DVD game in the UK, featuring a video of Jean-Pierre Foucault learning the game, similar to Chris Tarrant in the English version. In terms of gameplay, it is a smoother version of the original 2002 DVD game, with the same cover but a color palette matching the second edition UK DVD. Finally, the Universal Studios prize draw is no longer valid, ending on 31 May 2004, just before the release of the second edition.
