Tarja Turunen and drummer Mike Terrana present 'Beauty & The Beat', a unique concert that blends classical masterpieces from Bach, Strauss, Mozart, and Rossini with rock classics from Queen, Led Zeppelin, and Tarja’s own songs, all performed with a full orchestra and choir. The show, originally a one‑off event in 2011, was so successful that it became a world tour in 2013, taking audiences from Poland to Russia to Mexico. The 30 May 2014 release will be available as 2CD, DVD, Blu‑ray, and digital download, offering more than 100 musicians on stage, powerful drums, soaring vocals, and a fresh take on both classical and rock repertoire.
