If you're looking for a full‑body workout that challenges you to build strength, endurance, and lose body fat, this dumbbell challenge will get you right. This challenge is a fun way to turn up your weekly routine by pushing your body to new limits. The workout features six core exercises that you'll do for five total sets. The catch is that you'll start with 20 seconds of rest between each exercise, but the rest period will decrease by five seconds for each set. The goal is to complete the workout while only resting during the designated rest periods. We want to challenge you to match or exceed our pace throughout the workout, but if it gets too fast or your form begins to break, you can regress by going at your own pace. This is a great workout to do every couple of weeks as a benchmark to gauge how much your strength and endurance is improving. You can increase the weights that you're using as you master this workout over time.
