We are starting off Day 1 of my Fierce 1.0 workout program with an upper body workout using just dumbbells, focusing on arms and shoulder exercises with heavier weights and multiple sets to build strength and lean muscle. The session begins with an intro at 0:00, followed by a warm‑up at 1:22. Circuit One includes Press Curls at 4:18, Negative Curls at 5:18, Hammer Curls at 6:18, and Bicep Burn Out at 7:18, then a Shadow Box at 16:18. Circuit Two features Tricep Push Ups at 17:51, Skull Crushers at 18:51, Tricep Press at 19:51, and Tricep Kickbacks at 20:51, followed by Weighted Jacks at 29:51. Circuit Three has Lateral Raise at 31:23, Arnold Press (R) at 32:23, Arnold Press (L) at 33:23, and Push Press at 34:23. A Half Burpee occurs at 43:23, and the workout concludes with a cool down and stretch at 44:43.
