US President Joe Biden says that he expects Iran to carry out an attack anytime now and that he has given Tehran an ultimatum against carrying out any such attack. The United States has also rushed warships to the region to help Israel defend itself from any Iranian threats. Meanwhile, Israel’s army says that it is ready for any attack and has a plan ready to retaliate against Iran if it launches an attack on Israel from its soil. Meanwhile, Iran-backed Hezbollah fired hundreds of rockets into Israel which were intercepted by Israel’s iron dome defence systems over the border with Lebanon.
