In this video we describe how to make a DIY LED cube using WS2812B LEDs and a Raspberry Pi. We designed our own custom animations using the Bibliopixel library and achieved impressive results. The cube measures about 2 ft by 2 ft and contains an 8×8×8 array of LEDs. We created cool animations such as a Matrix‑style effect, rain cloud scenes, and more. The build is straightforward and can serve as a decorative lamp if you have space.
