Mexico extradited 26 suspected cartel members, including members of the Jalisco New Generation and Sinaloa cartels, to the United States in its second major transfer this year. The individuals, accused of violent crimes and ties to organized crime, are considered high risk for security. The extraditions were approved on the condition that none of them be sentenced to death, according to the BBC.
