French President Emmanuel Macron and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre hold a bilateral meeting at Akershus Fortress in Oslo. It marks the first visit of a French president to Norway, a NATO member but not part of the European Union, since François Mitterrand's visit in 1984.
