This recipe shows how to make panna cotta like in Kulinichi. Use 250 ml of 33 % cream, 125 ml of milk, 80 g of sugar, 10 g of gelatin with 50 ml of water, and 1 tsp of vanilla sugar. First, soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes. Then, in a saucepan, combine the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar, heating gently but not boiling. Add the softened gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Pour the mixture into molds and chill for 3–4 hours. Finally, top with your favorite berries before serving.
