Police Search for Drivers After Illegal Car Rally

Police in Pennsylvania’s Plymouth Township were seeking to identify drivers who took part in an illegal car rally on June 15, they said, releasing this footage. The Plymouth Township Police Department said it received several calls about street racing happening at the intersection.
