Live from Istanbul — Pope Leo XIV participates in the Doxology at the Patriarchal Church of St. George, spiritual heart of world Orthodoxy. The 18th-century church contains precious relics and the ivory-inlaid Patriarchal Throne. Following prayer and candle lighting, the Pope and Patriarch move to the Patriarchal Palace for the signing of the Joint Declaration and exchange of gifts.
