Michael Gann, 55, from Inwood, New York, is accused of building and hiding homemade bombs across Manhattan, including on subway tracks and rooftops. He allegedly constructed at least seven improvised explosive devices using chemicals bought online and launched one onto the subway tracks of the Williamsburg Bridge.
