In this video, I will teach you how to prepare traditional Doogh Soup in a rustic style. To prepare this soup, I used 3 kilos of doogh, 1 kilo of shabar (a vegetable special for doogh soup), two glasses of yogurt, broken rice, beans, coriander, dried mint and oregano, and some salt. Before starting to cook, I mixed the flour, eggs, yogurt, milk, and rice together in a saucepan until completely smooth. Then I added all the other ingredients and put it on low heat to slowly simmer and glaze. Finally, I decorated the soup with hot garlic and fried dried mint to make its aroma and flavor amazing.
