Wario Land 3: Part 64: Out of the Woods (Green Chest)

I have not been in this level—the very first level—since Part 7 for its Red goods. I'm finally back after putting the Eye of the Storm into a pouch, forcing it to release a magical wind deep inside this level's forest that causes big leaves to fall. You can easily get an enemy under where the Green Key is, and use your high jump off of it to reach that key; the room that contains the Green Chest will be at 1:45. Use the big leaves as falling platforms over the water until you reach the Green Chest on the other side. The Green Chest treasure is the Prince Frog's Glove, which gives Wario fins to swim through strong currents and access new underwater paths. You just need to do a fast swim for it.
