Let's rock this quick HIIT workout for Day 10 of our UPBEAT October Workout Program! Grab your workout program calendar to kick off the next 5 weeks. Today we are working for 30 seconds per exercise and we will complete 3 rounds of each circuit before taking a rest. The objective is to stay moving, not to be perfect! There is no requirement to do any high impact option but if you want to step it up, go for it! All the up next windows will show you low impact options so we can get started with the movement and then step it up when you can!
