A 6 yard house in the Burari area of North Delhi has recently been in the news. Because of its very small size, it is being described as the smallest house in the National Capital. This three‑storey building is built on the corner of Hanuman Kunj, Jharoda Village (near Sant Nagar) Street and is triangular in shape. A family of four people is living comfortably in this beautiful blue‑themed house, even though the interior space is only as large as a luxury car or a small tea stall. The family, headed by Sanjay Singh who works for a private company in Gurugram, has been living there for seven to eight months and pays a rent of Rs 3,500 per month.
