Datsun 240Z Restoration - Rear Axle (Part 7)

In this video, I fully restore the rear axle of a Datsun 240Z, excluding the differential. After removing the assembly in episode 1, I disassembled the axle, cleaned and zinc‑plated most steel parts, and powder‑coated them for rust protection. I installed KW adjustable coilovers in classic colors, reworked the sway bar links to match the front style, and repaired the drum brakes with TIG welding, new shoes, cylinder, and springs. The half‑shafts were handled carefully to preserve tolerances. The reassembled axle will be reinstalled in episode 8.
