Noel Johansen fought back tears as he remembered his wife, Jenifer Darbellay, at a vigil for the victims of last weekend's attack at a Filipino street festival in Vancouver, Canada. The actor, who was one of the dozens injured, spoke to the mourners on crutches. Eleven people were killed, including one child, when a driver plowed his SUV down a crowded street.
