At 00:00:43 the viewer is invited to watch ОРТ, and at 00:00:52 the New Year arrives with ОРТ. At 00:01:00 a brief interlude between announcements, at 00:01:04 a New Year's village of fools, at 00:01:16 a segment from the Russian State Archive of Film Photodocuments, and at 00:01:22 a New Year's greeting, concluding with a version from the New Year's Village of Fools at 00:01:44.
