Serial Ghahve Talkh is a historical comedy series directed by Mehran Modiri, produced by Majid Aqagoli and Hamid Aqagoli, and aired on the home media network. The screenplay was written by Amir Mehdi Zole and Khoshyar Alvand. The series features 35 main actors, including Modiri, Sahar Jafari Jozani, Siamak Ansari, Mohammad Reza Hedayati, Hadi Kazemi, Javad Ezzati, Elika Abdolrazqi, Arif Lorestani, and others. Modiri, known for successful series such as Power Chain, Dot, Shab-e Barreh, Bagh-e Mozafar, and Mard-e Hazar Chehre, claims this is his best historical work. The series was distributed weekly from 23 Shahrivar 1389, released in sets of three CDs or DVDs, totaling 102 episodes across 34 sets, with only two sets containing the final six episodes. It premiered with a three-day delay. The show was the most successful and best-selling home media series. The plot follows Nima Zand Karimi, a history teacher who, while searching for missing pages of history, drinks a coffee and travels to another era, where he lives among people of that time, marries the grandmother of Roya Khaneh, whom he loved in his own time, and throughout the story tries to change history and prevent the attack of Mohammad Khan Qajar.
