Tiwari likes his neighbour, Vibhuti's ultramodern wife Anita, and Vibhuti likes Tiwari's simple wife Angoori. Their quest to impress each other's wives often leads to hilarious situations. In this episode, Anita calls Angoori and coughs during the call, prompting Angoori to suggest her herbal medicine. Vibhuti dresses up like an old woman to make Angoori understand the consequences of drinking alcohol. She informs Manmohan about Angoori's alcoholism and later discovers that Anita is also drinking. Manmohan and Vibhuti decide to teach the women a lesson by coming home drunk one night. Both women later confirm that it was just a herbal medicine they were drinking and walk out.
