The White House blasts a US court's decision blocking most of President Donald Trump's sweeping tariffs, saying it believed it would win an appeal against the ruling. "Three judges of the US Court of International Trade disagreed and brazenly abused their judicial power to usurp the authority of President Trump, to stop him from carrying out the mandate that the American people gave him," says White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.
