Let’s get STRONGER! Today’s leg day will target your quads and hamstrings using only dumbbells. This workout is perfect for all fitness levels and can be done at home or at the gym. It’s a low‑impact routine that challenges you to complete three rounds of 45 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds of rest. We’ll perform straight sets of every exercise, giving you time to rest and reset before moving on to the next one. Warm‑up and cool‑down are included in this workout.
