Stationed at Fort Bliss and holding a top-secret clearance, Lee is accused of offering sensitive data on the M1A2 Abrams tank in exchange for Russian citizenship. Prosecutors say he passed documents and hardware related to U.S. armored vehicles, including via an SD card during a July meeting, ABC News has reported. He now faces federal charges for attempting to transmit national defense information and export controlled technical data without authorization.
