At least 17 people killed in car bomb and separate helicopter attack in Colombia

At least 17 people were killed in a car bomb and a separate helicopter attack in Colombia. Colombian President Gustavo Petro attributed both attacks to dissidents of the defunct Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, commonly known as FARC, and noted that an alleged member of the group was arrested near the helicopter explosion.
