Footage filmed from L'Estaque shows smoke drifting across the sea. The fire, which broke out late in the morning in Les Pennes-Mirabeau (Bouches-du-Rhône), a town bordering Marseille, has now reached France's second-largest city, according to a 4:00 pm alert issued by the Bouches-du-Rhône prefecture.
