In this video, taken from The Heritage Foundation's panel discussion on American professor and political scientist Christine Fair’s book "Fighting to the End: The Pakistan Army's Way of War" (2014), a Pakistani Fulbright scholar studying in the U.S. challenges Fair’s view that Pakistan has no legal basis to claim Kashmir.
