John Carpenter’s "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" for Nintendo Wii is a 2007 first‑edition title that features a 15‑question format and continuous music that only stops on a wrong answer or final hint. Developed by Route1Games and Slam! Studios, it was the first Wii release and the only game by Slam! Studios in the series. Although marketed as a "1st Edition," it is actually the fifth game released on major consoles, following three Eidos titles and a Party Edition. The game also received a DS port and was part of a planned but unreleased World Tour project.
