I start the day by tidying up the bedroom, making the bed, and cleaning the mirrors until they shine. Then, I tackle some ironing and give the room a good vacuum to make everything fresh and organized. It feels so good to check these chores off the list! After the cleaning is done, I move to a more relaxing task. I sit by the window with a beautiful view of the yard to prep fresh herbs for lunch. I’m making a traditional Ash (Persian Soup), and preparing the ingredients in the natural light is so peaceful. Then, I head to the kitchen to cook this hearty meal. Finally, the best part of the day arrives! I pour a bowl of hot Ash and take it out to the yard to enjoy my lunch in the fresh air. Eating outside and enjoying the result of my cooking is the perfect way to end this routine. I hope this vlog brings you peace and motivation.
