PM Narendra Modi is “Besharam”, “Darpok” and “Must Apologise” to India for Pahalgam: Satya Pal Malik

In a 25‑minute interview with Karan Thapar for The Wire, former Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling him shameless and cowardly and demanding an apology for the Pahalgam attack. Malik blamed intelligence failures and security lapses for the incident, accused Modi of arrogance for missing an all‑party meeting and of benefiting politically from a Hindu‑Muslim divide, and said the security reviews led by Amit Shah were merely social gatherings. He also criticized the current Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha for not taking moral responsibility, the demolition of houses without due process, mass arrests of up to 2,000 people on suspicion, hateful comments from the Hindu Sena president, and the media’s failure to report the Kashmiri response.
