Russian forces have reached the Dnipropetrovsk region, Moscow claims. According to Moscow, Russian forces have reached the western edge of the Donetsk region and that troops were "developing the offensive" in neighbouring Dnipropetrovsk. Ukraine denies Russia's claims.
