Sea of Remnants: Sea of Thieves Piracy Meets Persona 5 Stylishness, But Is It More Than Skin-Deep?

The big question with Sea of Remnants is whether its unmistakably cool presentation and interesting hodgepodge of ideas can actually come together into something coherent, and I truly feel no closer to answering that after more than six hours with it.
