Billy Tepper, expelled from three prestigious schools, leads a group of rebellious kids at Regis School. His best friend Joey Trotta is the son of a New York mafia boss. The boys fear their parents more than the law. When Luis Cali's father is imprisoned, a hunt begins at Regis for the judge's son, leading to a kidnapping and a search for the truth about the Camorra boss. The students soon realize that their lives are the top priority, above any powerful figure.
