Trump: "I don't know what the hell happened to Putin"

US President Donald Trump said he is "not happy with what Putin's doing," speaking in reaction to Russia's wave of consecutive strikes on Ukraine over the weekend. He also remarked, "He's killing a lot of people. And I don't know what the hell happened to Putin."
