The sponge is made from eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, and oil, baked at 180°C for 10 minutes, cooled, and cut into circles. The dessert is assembled by layering the frozen mousse and chocolate filling on the sponge, chilling to set, and garnishing with coconut flakes.
