Ukrainian peace delegation proposes 'summit of leaders' between Zelenskyy and Putin by end of August

During the third round of peace talks in Istanbul, Russian and Ukrainian negotiators discussed draft proposals for a ceasefire and potential peace. Talks also addressed a potential summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
