The UN says cuts to humanitarian budgets, including to governments hosting refugees, are creating a "deadly cocktail". "Our funding requirements for 2025 are of $10.6 billion", says UNHCR's head of external relations Dominique Hyde. "At this point, we are at 23% of the needs."
