These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("User" or "you") and the administration of the @DNVideoBot service ("Service Administration", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Telegram bot @DNVideoBot and the website https://videodownloadbot.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1. Acceptance: By starting the bot or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1.2. Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

1.3. Service Nature: The Service provides automated software tools for processing publicly available links and downloading/converting media content via the Telegram interface.

2.1. User Content: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to download and use the content you process through the Service.

2.2. No Liability for Content: The Service acts solely as a technical tool. We do not monitor, store, or claim ownership of the content processed by Users. The User bears full responsibility for any copyright infringement actions.

2.3. Copyright Complaints: We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner and believe your work has been infringed, please contact us at [email protected]. We will take appropriate action, including disabling access to specific content or blocking repeat infringers.

3.1. Pricing: Paid features (Premium access) are offered at the rates displayed within the Bot's interface. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2. Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. The Service Administration does not access or store your full credit card information.

3.3. Refund Policy (Digital Goods):

• By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that the Service is a digital content provider.
• Waiver of Withdrawal Right: You expressly agree that the supply of digital content begins immediately after payment, and you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) once the service has been activated.
• Exceptions: Refunds are only granted if the Service fails to function due to technical errors on our side for a continuous period of 48 hours.

3.4. Disputes: For all billing questions, please contact [email protected] before initiating a dispute with the payment provider.

You agree not to use the Service to:

4.1. Violate any applicable national or international laws.

4.2. Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

4.3. Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.

4.4. Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service (DDoS, spamming).

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that the Service will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Administration shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Administration operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
