Today we examine a 2016 Volvo XC90's B4204T27 Twin‑Charged 2.0L engine that failed at 125,000 miles despite a meticulous service history. The video walks through a complete teardown, revealing the root cause of the failure. At 00:00 the host introduces the engine and the purpose of the video. At 03:15 the engine’s idle is inspected without spark plugs. At 04:06 a quick look inside the intake ports shows contamination. At 04:30 the supercharger is removed and inspected. At 05:46 the turbocharger is taken off, revealing a problem. At 07:15 the turbo is inspected further. At 07:57 the crank pulley is removed to check timing.
