A 24‑year‑old Bulgarian man was killed and a woman from North Macedonia injured after their vehicle struck a moose near the entrance to Alaska’s Denali National Park early Friday morning. The crash occurred around 1 a.m. on the Parks Highway near Mile 235. The man died at the scene, and the woman was hospitalized in Fairbanks.
