Episode 1 follows Asya, newly returned from a British business school, as she energetically steps into the role of director at the fitness club, only to discover that practical reality soon stuns her. In episode 2, Oleg shares his side‑job with Lesha, while Asya wrestles with the responsibilities of being the boss and the new subordinates try to adjust to the altered hierarchy. Episode 3 finds Asya growing jealous of Borya’s mysterious girlfriend, prompting her to devise a plan to follow him and uncover the stranger who has begun to replace her. Episode 4 shows Oleg attempting to win over Polina with gifts, but she refuses to go on a date unless he admits how he acquired the money, leading him on a new path. Finally, episode 5 brings Volodya to the rescue of a friend’s career and personal life; as Asya watches Eva, she unwittingly creates additional problems for herself.
