Happu is kidnapped and needs help. Manohar, his subordinate, is tasked with getting it but struggles. Rajesh, Happu's wife, is worried and tries to find out what's happening. She and Bimlesh discuss the situation. Malaika, Happu's daughter, arrives to help. They try to figure out how to rescue Happu. Happu Singh, a family man, works hard as a police constable, but his efforts are futile as his life is riddled with difficulties, often leading to a comedy of errors.
