French President Emmanuel Macron welcomes his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, at the Hôtel National des Invalides. The Brazilian president is beginning a visit to France during which international crises, as well as the EU–Mercosur free trade agreement—firmly opposed by Paris—will be discussed.
