Oakland: Cleaning 🧼 Up? | Oakland, California

Oakland has lost most of its sports teams, and restaurant franchises are leaving in droves, but it does look a lot better than it did the last time I documented here. I can’t speak for the whole city, but the places I explored were significantly cleaner and better maintained than the last time I was in this part of town.
