Rahul Gandhi comments on Army ; Scolded but granted relief | Face to Face

The Supreme Court paused the criminal defamation case against Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi concerning his comments on the Indian Army related to the 2020 Galwan Valley clash with China. Although the court granted temporary relief, the bench of Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice AG Masih verbally expressed their disapproval of Gandhi's statements during the hearing.
