READ CAPTION: I know there’s a lot of videos out there showing massive weight loss/body changes in a short space of time & it can be REALLY disheartening when you don’t see the same results for yourself, but PLEASE look at my one month progress and see yes there are some small changes & its OKAY that there isn’t a massive difference. Weight loss/fat loss progress is different for everyone and personally anytime I’ve seen massive changes in a short space of time, the diet I’ve been eating hasn’t been sustainable, it was far too restrictive & I ended up falling off, putting all and more back on. I’m not trying to discredit the big transformation in a short period of time, fair play and well done to them, but what I am saying is it is PERFECTLY OKAY & NORMAL to see small changes, if you stick at it, all these small changes will amount to a BIG body change over time. Keep going & don’t compare yourself to others, your journey is your own & that’s all you’ve got to focus on🖤
