A missile fragment failed to detonate but pierced a wall on the ninth floor of an apartment building, as reported by President Volodymyr Zelensky. That same day, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) reportedly targeted the Crimean Bridge, disabling its support structures and causing the bridge to be temporarily closed, though it was reopened later that evening. Meanwhile, the Federal Security Service (FSB) announced the arrest of a SBU agent from Feodosiya accused of manufacturing explosives for sabotage, facing charges of treason and illegal possession of explosives.
